Proposal & Scope  /  Prepared for Ben Teague & Shane Bulloch

A smoother, sharper business — still firmly in your hands.

You’ve built something with real ambition — projects on the ground, investors on board, a portfolio that punches above its size. The problem isn’t the work. It’s that the business runs on the two of you, by hand. This is exactly what we’ll do, in 90 days, to fix that — and what we need from you to start.

90 days
From scattered tools to one connected, efficient way of working
5
Phases, each ending in something real
61
Disconnected tools brought into one source of truth
Yours
Optimised, documented, and firmly in your hands
01 — The path / five moves, one engagement

A proven sequence, not a standing start.

We don’t advise and leave you a slide deck. We learn how the business runs today, streamline the workflows that are costing you time, and connect the tools you already use so they work together — keeping your judgement in the loop at every key step. Each phase ends in a concrete deliverable you approve before we move on.

01
We learn your business properly
We sit with each of your team and map how the work actually moves today — not how it’s meant to. No tidying up beforehand; we want the real version.
You getA clear-eyed map of how Molti really runs, and where the pain is.
02
We show you what it’s costing
We turn the friction into a real number — every hour your team loses to manual work that systems should handle. The case for change, in dollars.
You getA dashboard showing the daily cost of doing nothing.
03
We design the better way to run it
We take what you already do well and design the cleaner version — tidier processes and workflows — before anything is automated. We improve it first, then connect it.
You getThe complete operational architecture of the new Molti.
04
We connect & streamline your tools
We connect the tools you already use so they pass information between each other, and automate the manual handoffs that eat your team’s time — with human checkpoints kept wherever your judgement matters.
You getA working tech stack, with a secure vault and full documentation.
05
We hand you the keys
We connect the engine to your growth, train your team to run it, and leave you a live dashboard and a complete operating guide. Then we step out.
You getA live command dashboard and an operating codex your team owns.
No retainer · you run it
02 — The timeline / the part that matters most

Ninety days, with momentum from week one.

We don’t wait for each phase to fully close before the next starts moving. The moment discovery surfaces the picture, we begin quantifying and redesigning in parallel — so nothing sits idle and you feel progress immediately. Against the twelve-month timeline you’d originally planned.

Kicking off this month, Molti’s new way of working is live within the quarter. Each gate is a real decision point that stays with you — we never advance on “mostly done,” because moving on a wrong assumption is how 90-day jobs become nine-month ones. The work is sequenced so we only ever automate on a design you’ve already approved.
03 — What you end up with / a system, not a pile of software

Your tools, finally talking to each other.

Right now your six tools — Analytica, Xero, Land Checker, Erin Living, Teams and Strety — run in isolation, and your people are the bridge between them, moving data by hand. We keep the tools you rely on and make the information flow between them, so your team reviews and approves rather than re-keys — your judgement stays in the loop at every step that matters. The specifics below are indicative of what we’d put in place for a developer like Molti; the exact scope is confirmed with you in discovery, not assumed now.

1

Site acquisition & feasibility

Feasibility data read straight from Land Checker PDFs into the CRM — no re-typing into a model.

2

The purchaser journey

Enquiries triaged automatically; only what needs human judgement reaches a person.

3

Investor relations & reporting

Updates that pull live from financial data and send at the right moment — without founder lift.

4

Construction & delivery

Milestones, claims and site records flowing through one tracked system, not scattered folders.

5

Governance & meeting rhythm

Meetings turned into written summaries and tracked actions automatically, landing in Strety.

6

Funding & legal review

Funding deals and legal contracts tracked in one place — documents, approvals and deadlines moving on time, not chased by hand, with sign-off staying with you and your advisors.

04 — Momentum / what you’ll see, and when

The first 90 days.

Week 1

Mobilise — motion immediately

With the proposal returned, kickoff and discovery workshops are booked, a single point of contact is in place, and secure system access is provisioned. Momentum is felt in the first week.

Week 1–4

Discovery — we learn how it really runs

A focused workshop for each of your core workflows, with the people who own them. We map the real day, capture where the hours go, and surface the clever workarounds. Nothing is tidied for us.

Week 5

The cost, quantified — and the baseline agreed

You see, in your own numbers, exactly what the friction is costing. With the diagnosis agreed, the baseline is locked and we move into the redesign on solid ground.

Week 7

Design approved — the scope is locked

The full picture of the improved way of working is approved. From here the scope is fixed so the launch date is protected; new ideas are captured for after go-live, not bolted on mid-stream.

Week 13

Live — and handed over completely

The system goes live, the data flows on its own, your team is trained, and the operating codex is yours. We sever our access and step out — you own everything we built, and you run it without us.

After go-live — a quarterly check-in, not a goodbye

You own the system and your team runs it — that’s the whole point. But you’re not left on your own. An optional quarterly check-in lets us drop back in every 90 days to make sure everything’s running clean, tune what needs tuning, and update the system as Molti grows. A check-in to protect what you’ve built — not a retainer, and not us back at the controls.

05 — From you / four inputs keep this on rails

What we need to keep momentum.

The engagement is built to move fast. Four light-touch inputs from your side hold the timeline.

1

Return the executed proposal

A returned, executed proposal is simply what lets us begin — the natural first step for any engagement.

2

Name the room & a coordinator

One internal point of contact, plus the leaders for each workshop — Ben, Shane, Sean, Roxanne and Andrew, and your finance and legal advisors where relevant. Real discovery needs the people who own the work.

3

Provision system access

Access to your tools via our secure vault, and a short note from leadership giving the team permission to show us the real, messy version.

4

Give us the nod at each gate

Three quick decisions stay entirely with you — the cost diagnosis, the design, and go-live. Timely turnarounds keep the 90 days on schedule.

06 — Investment & return / a fixed fee, and what it earns back

One fixed fee. No retainer. No surprises.

A single, fixed price for the full 90-day engagement — not an hourly meter that rewards us for taking longer. Software licences are billed directly to you at cost, so there’s no markup on tools you’ll own.

Getting started

Your portfolio already earns serious work. In 90 days, the business behind it will run just as well.

To begin, all that’s needed is a returned, executed proposal — the natural first step for any engagement. From there we’ll lock the kickoff date and get underway. Take the time you need; we’re happy to talk through any of it first.
